Introduction
To support marketing for significant commercial properties in their sales portfolio, Cushman Wakefield requested production of a series of brochures.
In each instance the brochures were designed specifically for and around the property in question, effectively creating a unique brand style for additional collateral going forward.
Interactive
PDF brochures were produced for online distribution and use as offline marketing tools. Limited interactivity including layered navigation, page transitions, on-click pop-ups and gesture zoom behaviour were added via InDesign and Acrobat to provide pseudo app UX.
Print brochures were designed to promote the sale / lease of a limited number of higher value properties. Providing more extensive details for targeted leads, these brochures were produced in a variety of formats and finishes.
