As the visual design lead for all marketing and comms, I developed proposals for design-ops strategies to increase production efficiency, implementing steps to reduce workflow bottlenecks by promoting broader team upskilling, introducing appropriate project management tools and tracking processes, alongside improvements to make asset management and use more accessible across the business. On a day-to-day basis, I ensured that appropriate brand standards were adhered to across a variety of internal and client-facing collateral, managed contractors involved in outsourced projects and handled content/technical updates to and maintenance of the corporate website and associated digital materials.
