Design Lead
An in-house position that emerged during a period of business expansion, beginning with a primary focus on the review and consolidation of existing brand / marcomms assets into a more ordered and consistent visual identity, before refining brand guidelines and moving on to building a rational, scalable, tokenised design system. Produced in collaboration with the product and UX teams, this system was developed to ensure consistency at all touchpoints across multiple customer facing and back-office platforms, while simultaneously reducing time spent in development and subsequent QA workflows. Reporting directly to the senior executive team, I was involved in ongoing product development / marketing strategy, and was responsible for managing the delivery of all projects within design’s remit.
